“Dr took time to thoroughly expla...”

Dr took time to thoroughly explain what I need to do and not do in order to avoid another bowel obstruction. The surgeon should have explained all of it to me two months ago, but did not. Thank God Dr Oommen took the time to make sure I understood all of his advice. Of course Dr Oommen always goes the extra mile for his patients and that is why so many patients love him.
