Dr. Tawfik is an excellent communicator, reassuring, kind, and does not rush. He leaves space for me to process my child's diagnosis and is there to explain further. He is not only a skilled and brilliant surgeon but highly effective communicator with excellent bedside manner. Most importantly for this visit he put my daughter at ease by speaking directly to her any time she wanted his attention.
