“This provider made sure I unders...”

This provider made sure I understood what she was telling me and answered all my questions. After the visit I realized I had another question and the nurse tracked down the doctor to ask my question so I had my answer before I left. The provider was considerate and positive during our interaction, leaving me with a hopeful frame of mind when I left.
