He keeps you posted prior to your procedure and provides you during the procedure what you each item he is doing and if there is slight pain, etc. Great interpersonal skills. I was in the Air Force as medical administrator for almost 3O years and in the Medical Centers and even in a remote area, so he has the RIGHT STUFF to make you trust what he does for you. I have sent my appreciation letter to your President sometime ago. His staff is competent and friendly too and that is due his leadership. Ps worked at Kaiser Permanente for a number of so years too so I know who has the right stuff- HE DOES!

I met with other members of the team and they were all outstanding. I met with 4 people. I must apologize that I cannot remember 2 of their names, Lindsay and Macy were amazing. My PA was excellent and the entire front desk staff was great.
