“After reading my notes about bei...”

After reading my notes about being honest I was disappointed. Dr stated I didn't want to see him- I was conveying that I wanted to see primary doc because I am most comfortable. He also stated he needed to redirect me about my comments on my very horrible treatment in ER. I was not well informed and was very anxious about my health and horrible treatment. If you don't want to listen to patient- that was well received in visit summary.
