“I have a nursing background and ...”

I have a nursing background and so understand very well what is going on with my health status. The physician was dismissive of my recollection of my history. She did finally find the record which may have documented what I was reporting to her but she was not able to access the actual document. Again, she dismissed my recollection. As a result, I walked out feeling like she had discounted my report.

She's a very good person provider. I would be sad if we lost her. We gotta keep her around. She's very, very good, very, very customer focused, very patient focused in a very good manner, right? We need people like that more and more in this facility
