“A new prescription was discussed...”

A new prescription was discussed with the doctor but it was never sent to the pharmacy. Its been more then a week and the facility has not gotten back to me about when the prescription will be sent in.

“The provider did okay, she wasn'...”

The provider did okay, she wasn't good or bad in the moment but I noticed that she gave me results to labs in person that did not match the results posted on my my chart portal for one thing. She may have misread it but she emphasized this lab value when discussing my care to myself and my husband.
