“I felt listened to. I had specif...”

I felt listened to. I had specific concerns about a possible treatment. She explained in a non condescending way that there have been updates to previous treatments and studies and explained there is less of a risk. She also gave multiple options so I could consider what I would like to try first. I felt educated after she explained things and less concerned about what to do.
