Dr. Rupp took her time. She listened and probed for clarification. She made eye contact and showed genuine concern. Dr. Rupp persevered to fine a solution to a medication issue I was having. The follow up was excellent. A nurse called me the following day. I'm very impressed with the care I receive from Dr. Rupp and highly recommend her to friends and family.
