My appointment with Dr. Merkel was wonderful. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire visit. I arrived feeling very worried and nervous, but she immediately put me at ease with her calm and compassionate approach.She took the time to answer every one of my questions with patience and clarity, making sure I understood everything. It had been a long time since I felt that a doctor showed this level of empathy, genuine concern, and care for me as a patient. I truly felt heard, respected, and supported.I am sincerely grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Merkel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.
