Dr. Joyner had the three essential "A" characteristics of a provider I would want to see again. She was affable - she has a pleasant personality. She is available. I was scheduled with her her within a few weeks of receiving a call from her scheduler. In my experience, isn't typical for cardiologist in Hampton Roads. And she is able. She was expert in my problem and how to proceed with my care.
