“I love having Sara Jo Thompson b...”

I love having Sara Jo Thompson be my caregiver. She listens, is easy to talk to, and provides me with real answers to my questions - I don't have to "guess between the lines" of medical jargon. When questions arise about other areas of my care, she looks into the chart and is able to help me understand the how or why something is happening the way it does. My heart condition is scary, but she helps me overcome my fears. After meeting with her I feel a lot more confident about future procedures and the future.

Sarah Jo listened to all of my concerns and addressed them entirely. She is helpful, promotes comfort, and mutually comes up with a tailored care plan. She is WONDERFUL and I would definitely recommend her as a provider!
