This was my second time seeing her, and for the second year in a row. Despite raising this concern again, I was not asked any follow-up questions about my daily routine, lifestyle, or other factors that could be contributing to this issue. At 53 years old, I may also be experiencing symptoms related to menopause, but this possibility was not discussed or considered during the visit. Instead, the only recommendation provided was a sleep study. The appointment felt rushed, and I left without feeling heard or understood.I am looking for a primary care provider who takes the time to dig deeper, ask questions, and help me understand what may be happening with my body. As the medical expert, I expect guidance that looks at the full picture, not just a single recommendation.
