“Don't feel that I understand iss...”

Don't feel that I understand issues or how to get help even after appointments. Still feel bad and just keep being referred for more tests or other doctors. No review of my chart or other health issues before or during my appointment. Always leave feeling unheard and unhelped. Am afraid for the doctor or staff to have to do any surgery or procedures as don't think they even read the issues I have or medicine concerns.
