We did wait 15 minutes between MA and MD

I miss the old clinic building - we saw the same medical assistants, nurses and people at the front desk every time - everyone was familiar & knew & did their jobs well.No mistakes today, but since the move to 'the towers' almost every visit there has been some mistake, especially with prescriptions, that I have had to call back. When there are 2 people in the room, one taking measurements & vitals while the other is asking different questions, it all feels rushed & I cannot concentrate on both people, let alone the actual patient. We rush through this then wait. My son is getting to the age I need him to practice answering the questions so he is ready when he is on his own- he can't do that in the current practice.It also seems in the old clinic, there were more community resources & opportunities advertised (today there was a couple of info posters on the back of the door- this is new to me).Overall, I realize how lucky we are to have Children's close- I love my son's Nurse Partitioner and and doctor, but I do miss the small clinic feel- it was much more personable and better overall wrap around care.

The doctor thoroughly went over my child's test results and shared his thoughts. He fully answered our questions and laid out a clear plan for continued care and follow up.
