Dr. Cross was amazing! We were so impressed by his kind composure and knowledge when in regards to his patients. As first time parents, this not only put us at ease but allowed us to feel comfortable to ask questions and address concerns. He also was able to address concerns and gave well detailed explanations in regards to our son's care. Dr. Cross also took the time to build a repertoire with us as parents, which was much appreciated. All around, our visit was an exemplary example of wonderful care.
