Dr. Crossley always listens to all of my concerns and many questions. She answered all of my questions and then some. Dr. Crossley is wonderful!

I've always had good experiences with Dr. Crossley. She is attentive, truly listens to my concerns and input, always gives me the info needed and allows me to make informed decisions, never pressures me to do any one thing or make any one decision. Her ego is very much in-check in the sense that she never acts like she knows best and her way is the only way. She empowers me to take control based on what feels best for me or what is best for my individual circumstances. This is rare in a medical provider and something I deeply appreciate. I would 100% recommend Dr. Crossley to anyone in need of empathetic, professional, empowering healthcare. The only reason I wouldn't recommend her is because if she gets any more popular I'llProbably never get into her schedule again, haha.
