Dr. Boero gave me excellent advice on my high blood pressure reading - I started taking my blood pressure morning and evening, daily, and have noticed it dropping down steadily each day - I'm also more careful to avoid salt and I'm drinking much more plain water throughout the day. I'm also avoiding ibuprofen that I had been taking for several days before the high BP reading (which ironically I had been taking for morning headaches that I now think were caused by high blood pressure over the past few weeks). I've also lost 4.5 pounds (likely due to water retention that has now been resolved dramatically by drinking more water). I couldn't be more grateful to have this brought to my attention. I'll be 76 on Tuesday and having a stroke or heart attack is the last thing I need right now!! I don't have time for that kind of nonsense!
