I have spent a whole day in Mayo yesterday (from 8:30 am - 5pm) , and I was indeed super impressed by the high quality and consistent service and care of all people I have met, from check In, CT, bone Scan, lab, canteen, to Dr. Rao. It was a very efficient visit, and I could feel that stuff at Mayo take good care of patients. A big surprise is to encounter a team member, what a gentleman he is, he brought me and my family members a lot of joy, it is definitely an expected surprise to make the visit even better. I thank you for everyone who has provided me with service and support. Needless to say as always, Dr. Rao can always explain complicated situation in such an easy to understand way, and let me feel confident in the not quite positive situation. Another kind gentleman I want to mention is a man at north desk check in, he is such a lovely and curious gentleman, he talked with us and I don't feel that I am in a clinic, it was very nice and pleasant experience. Above all, I can only express how impressive I was about the visit. Mayo Clinic is no wonder the best clinic in the world!
