Like I said, I love my appointments with Robyn and I appreciate she is willing to see me telehealth whenever I don't need to be seen physically. I'm much more likely to attend appointments if they're telehealth. I get in an adhd freeze a lot of the times before in person appointments and just don't go, while filled with anxiety and shame.
