Robyn was very nice and provided good care to my son. However, she said that if his symptoms worsened that all I had to do was call and she would call in a medication without my son having to be seen again. However, when his symptoms worsened the next day and I called to do just that, she did not include this part of our discussion in our notes and the nurse and clinic insisted that I had to bring my son to be seen again. I was barely able to get an appointment before closing and was charged an after hours fee because I was told he had to be seen again for further treatment. If Robyn had included our complete plan of care conversation in her notes, I wouldn't have had to bring him back in when he was feeling even worse and pay after hours fees.
