I screwed up my knee and every knee doctor I saw did nothing but take xrays and immediately recommend surgery. But Dr. Teitge (beside xrays) took about 30 measurements of my knee flexion/angles. Then he recommended no surgery and why - and illustrated a couple knee strength exercises and knee stretches. He told me from his huge experience that my knee wasn't that bad compared to what he has seen. My knee has never been better! Apparently he was the LA Lakers knee doctor, then the Detroit Pi...
