No wait, super friendly staff and professional. Information was accurate with no sales pressure. Dr.Lugo was very sweet in his approach to our apprehensive daughter and she felt very comfortable.

Dr. Lugo is very caring and patient. He takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. He has seen both of my children and even helped me get a new retainer for myself when I did not see him for my braces years ago!
