I woke up this morning with my 16 month old son having a 104 degree fever. I called his office and spoke directly with Dr. Koch. He told me to use tylenol to help the fever and call if I needed to see him. The tylenol wasn't controlling the fever so I called back and they told me to come in as soon as possible, but that I might have to wait.
