We were not given an estimate for the "second phase" until after they'd put the braces on. Then we were expected to pay an unbelievable amount. To the point where I asked them to remove the braces. They offered a slight discount, but would never have agreed to pay that much in the first place. Every visit takes over an hour, most of the time with the kid just sitting and waiting.

Sam's case was a complicated one from the onset. Having to have his wisdom teeth surgery to make room for his molars to come in before braces could go on. not once did i feel nervous and everyone was clear with their instructions. they were all very patient with my one stubborn tooth, but made the visits worth while. all the staff here is friendly and i love how they hand out cupcakes for your birthday!

Dr. Kent initially gave me a vision of how wonderful my teeth could look after braces. It was a long journey and along the way Dr Kent was so caring and thorough and patient with me. I got my braces off about 3 months ago and my teeth look AMAZING! I get so many compliments. His staff is so friendly and great at what they do. Both of my kids have had a great experience and look forward to their visits to Carolina Braces. I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Braces!
