“The provider I saw was very nice...”

The provider I saw was very nice, professional, caring, explained things to me and also involved me in decision making-all great. Some things that were not so great were 1. It seemed like he was not given adequate time to review my medical chart before seeing me as he was not familiar with my pretty rare autoimmune disease or the medications I was on. I do not fault him as I know providers do not have enough time with patients, but this is how bad things can happen. 2. He ended up doing a procedure in clinic, but the after visit summary was extremely limited and there were no notes or follow-up with how I should proceed after the procedure and what to watch for with infection and healing.
