“Maybe this works for some patients, but not for me”
The receptionist at this office was the best part of my experience there. She is sweet, caring and never in a bad mood (at least not while I was there). That being said, this is a doctor who completely ignored my needs. He has his agenda and apparently does not care about anything else. I went to his office, begging for help with my severe knee pain, hypothyroid and obesity. He told me to pack my lunches and go to the gym. I found him patronizing and condescending.
