Once I get to Medfirst, everything is fine. The communication on line is confusing. I had to sift through names like Resolute Physician Services, Athena Health (the mediocre on line experience), Baptist health services, phreesia.me, and on top of that, some company from California. It seems every entity that is providing part of the service wants recognition, even if it detracts from the overall experience. But once I get to the actual office, it is very good.
