Dr. Patel was able to put my mind at ease by clearly explaining my condition and answering all my questions and concerns. He expressed interest in me from a holistic perspective, rather simply as a patient. That was nice and helped me feel comfortable.

It is hard coping when you are diagnosed with Cancer. Dr Patel made every effort to make things go smoothly. He talked with my oncologist and the Plastic Surgeon. He called me at home to go over the plan for me on the day of my surgery. I didn't feel Invisible or unimportant. I work at another hospital that is not affliated with Multicare. I chose Multicare because they seem to care about the patient's wellbeing and the employees actually smile
