In a world where healthcare is changing, and not for the better of the patient, Dr Rubin is a beacon in the darkness. He understands what patients need in terms of communication, and reassurance to give us some confidence to know that we have the best possible toolbox to manage the difficulties of our disorders. I have been around the system long enough to remember what "real" healthcare looked like.
