He understands what patients need in terms of communication, and reassurance to give us some confidence to know that we have the best possible toolbox to manage the difficulties of our disorders. I have been around the system long enough to remember what "real" healthcare looked like. Who is to blame, I'm not sure, but I can tell you that a relationship with your healthcare provider is invaluable. I am grateful to have a doctor like Dr Richard Rubin on my team.
