“The office called around 11 am t...”
The office called around 11 am to see if I would come in 2 hours before my actual appointment time. I agreed to change my appointment to 12:30 pm. When I got there, it was a little disorganized. I was kinda moved around from room to room then back to the front chairs. They were very kind and apologetic about everything. I was never upset about what was going on. It was kind of a mess but sometimes things happen and I understood. I needed blood work done but because it was considered out of network, so I had to drive back to my PCP in order to make it in network. The only problem I had was being asked to get there early and thinking I could get blood work done there at that site. The drive was long and during traffic. I never had any issues with the staff or nurses or doctor.
