It felt like he was more interested in getting in and out of the room as fast as possible. Even the nurse we saw was the same way. I know it was at the end of the day, but I got the appointment because I was worried about my daughter being sick.

Dr. Doerr was very professional & he was extremely patient. His focus was 100% on me during our meeting. Many times, the doctors are only focused on the computer screen and barely even look at you. Dr. Doerr acknowledged and engaged me face to face throughout our meeting. He was attentive and made sure that I felt understood. He asked appropriate questions and discussed various treatment options with me, as well as, providing me with valuable educational information regarding my condition. At the conclusion of our meeting, he explained the next steps with a timeline for my benefit. Dr. Doerr encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions or concerns following our meeting. The next day I messaged him with a question. I was impressed not only with the promptness of his response, (within the hour of my message), but also with his genuine concern in addressing my question. Dr. Doerr's expert medical knowledge and excellent communication skills, insured a productive and pleasant experience allowing me to feel completely acknowledged and that I mattered.
