The ultrasound tech, assistant, and Dr. Moss were all excellent- friendly, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt confident that I was heard, received solid medical guidance, and have a team to find healthcare solutions related to women's health.

“At first, the MA said I needed t...”

At first, the MA said I needed to schedule a separate visit to discuss some issues with my women's wellness visit. I had already checked the box that I may be billed for those and that was completely fine with me. Dr. Moss came in and I mentioned I would be seeing her again for those issues and she said we could discuss them during this appointment. I was so very relieved!! She took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't brush me off like another provider at a different location did. I was there for help with my hormones and symptoms that were affecting my daily life not anti depressants and anti anxiety medications. Even though I am a pharmacist, I had reservations about hormone replacement, but Dr. Moss talked with me on my level and we worked through those concerns. You all have a real gem in her. She has great bedside manners and really seems to care about her patients.
