“Felt like I wasn't heard and bru...”

Felt like I wasn't heard and brushed off. I have been going to PT & chiropractor since September and my back still hurts. Not asking for meds but answers on to why is my back still hurting. If it's my weight, then please let me know, if its stress - what are recommendations for de stressing. But instead I got maybe I need a new mattress and I can go to pain management or orthopedic but it's up to me to decide since my MRI came back negative. During my exam, doctor could confirm I had a tight upper back but I guess its all in my head.
