Dr. Hung is always very professional in her time with patients and has brought me through some of the most difficult times in my life thus far.

The issue is that Dr Hung do not respond to the portal or call when there is an issue with lab work. I had lab work done on March 21st which showed my BNP level at 1545 which is over 10 times the normal rate and have yet to hear back from her. I left three portal request and make a phone call to no avail. Her assistant called me once and said he would get back to me but never has. Dr Hung seems to be a good doctor, but her following is concerning.
