WhenI first met Dr. Raven a few months ago, I felt he was dismissive. He is not. I now realize that he is not. He is clear and efficient in his manner. It is also my impression that there may be production standards for the entire staff and that these may render it difficult to "coddle" patients who don't need it. This may be a CS issue and not the issue of staff and/or individual physician.
