“Was told a 1 year old TAVR was ...”

Was told a 1 year old TAVR was defective and might need replacing based on a flawed ultrasound and conclusions from the radiologist. Subsequent retests revealed no apparent problems. My wife was present and reacted to the initial diagnosis with shock.
