Dr. Randall is an outstanding doctor. Over the past 4 years, she has been honest with my daughter's issues and very insightful on her treatment plan. She talks directly to my daughter and makes sure she understands what is happening to her body. Dr. Randall is positive in her conversations with my daughter, making her feel comfortable about her situation. Dr. Randall is one the the best I have ever seen.

Dr Randall spoke to my son, who is 17, not me.. She made sure he understood everything that was going to happen or be done. She spoke to him in terms he could understand.. She genuinely seemed interested in what he had to say

Dr. Rachel Randall was very, very good, she explained everything to our 11 yr. old daughter in a way she could understand as well as all the risks/benefits of treatment. She has an excellent bedside manner and our daughter really felt comfortable with her.
