She listens to my concerns and does not hesitate to order repeat labs to further investigate an abnormal test. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Rachel, Is that she is always quick to inform me, via the portal, about my lab results, especially If there are concerns. She always responds quickly to my portal messages too. She is a wonderful and very caring doctor!
