RACHAEL WAS GREAT. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH HER ANSWERS AND AND SHOWED CONCERN. EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN TO ANY OF NEGA'S OFFICES, I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH NOT ONLY THE CLEANLINESS OF THE WAITING ROOM AND THE EXAM ROOMS, EVERYONE FROM THE FRONT DESK THRU MY VISIT HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
