Dr. Thirumlai and her skilled and caring team likely saved my life by discovering a blood clot that was on no one's radar, and was unrelated to the reason I was referred to her. When she informed me of it, I was very upset and frightened, but she was warm, clear, and reassuring. She made sure I understood what was happening, how we were going to proceed with my treatment, and how to reach her with any questions or concerns. I also want to offer thanks and praise to the technicians who performed my ultrasound - Michelle (I think? She had ringlet-curled hair) and Sammie. This was my third ultrasound on my legs in a year (from different providers) and it was dramatically different from the 2 prior in that it was much more thorough, took much longer, and required much more manipulation of my fat body in order to get clear images. Thank you for understanding that adipose tissue is a hurdle, but not a barrier, to obtaining a clear ultrasound, and for working with me to get it right. <3

Doctor Priya was surely busy. I got an ultrasound. The technician was very professional. Then I saw a lady AP. Most of time was with her. Then I saw Dr Priya for five minutes. I can understand that my first visit should be more technical than listening to patient. But overall I think it was good.
