Dr. Patel was extraordinarily knowledgeable and explained my circumstances to me very well, using my scans. Even more important to me was her kindness, compassion, and approachability. I opened our appointment by telling her how over-the-top anxious I was, and she reached out, took my hand, and quickly reassured me, promising that, by the end of our appointment, my anxiety would be diminished. And she was correct -- I felt much calmer and ready for our next steps. I also appreciate that her surgical scheduler, April, was able to schedule my next two procedures, plus a blood draw on the premises, while I was still in the examining room. When I left the office, I knew exactly what was happening next and when. Very helpful!
