Dr Entezami is great. He thoroughly described my problem to me and my spouse, he explained the procedure that was scheduled (including sharing the images and drawing diagrams), he helped calm me prior to the procedure, he successfully carried out the procedure (which was not routine as it turned out), and he followed up with me on this recent visit. He is so calm, confident, and he has a good sense of humor. For me, all of those characteristics were/are important.
