I've visited Dr. Khalil's office in Green several times in the past two years. Once, I had to wait for about 45 minutes. I didn't even think that much about it, but I usually only wait about five or ten minutes. Two days later, I received a letter in the mail from his office offering to WAIVE any co-payments because his office was running so far behind that day.
