I feel extremely honored when I am allowed to participate in someone's care. My most important task is to take all the information out there, demystify it and present it in a way that is understandable to the patient. This helps them make an informed decision about their care. I try to make a situation that may be confusing and stressful a little less so and maybe even pleasant.
