Dr. Smith was extremely professional and truly listened to what I had to say. He made me feel so much better about what was going on and validated my symptoms when the ER doctor at previous visits made me feel like I was being dramatic. I knew I wasn't, but when a healthcare professional says, "this shouldn't be hurting you", you second guess yourself. Dr. Smith was incredibly kind and made it clear that my condition most definitely can be painful. I really appreciated that. He also took the time to explain my condition to me fully. The only disappointing factor was how far out he was scheduled for the initial appointment and how long he's scheduled out for the surgery that I need. I was ready to get it taken care of so I can begin healing and stop living in pain.
