“I was doing very poorly during m...”

I was doing very poorly during my scheduled appointment. Dr. Philip saw this and became very concerned for my well-being. It ended in my being hospitalized directly after our appointment. Dr. Philip asked me several times to go straight to the emergency department and made me promise to do so. His concern brought me to tears. I felt somebody was listening and cared.

Dr. Philip is so good that I drive up from the southside of Indianapolis (5+ hours one-way) just to see him. He is an expert in neuroendocrine cancer, which I was diagnosed with in 2018, and provides a level of care that I cannot get in my home state of Indiana.l
