I work in ophthalmology billing. First off, if you have never worked in billing before, you really dont have any idea of what you are talking about. “Stay away from DR BERRY”
I wish I could give him ZERO stars. Dr. Berry no longer works at the lenscrafters. He charged me for services that was covered under my insurance plan. He said he would give me a refund now he is no longer taking my calls. He answers the phone if I call from a alternate # and says he will resolve the issue, but still has not. HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD AND HE CHARGED FOR SERVICES HE SHOULD NOT HAVE!!
