The staff made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionist was the first happy face. The technician I saw explained what she was doing, and why it was important. She was a sweet woman.I then saw a second assistant who was equally friendly and efficient. When I saw Dr., he took time to discuss with me the results from the tests and explained the procedure that I will need to have soon. He was compassionate and thorough. I am happy to have found this office.

Im extremely happy i booked an appointment with CVR. I left the office crying, not bc of diagnosis but bc Dr Pappas without me saying much discover right away the nature of my pain which had nothing to do with the treatment I got there. He nailed it right away, that's how good this doctor was, besides he was open and straight to the subject, and he gave the best information he could. He wanted the best for me as if I was a relative. Dr. Pappas is very much more personable and caring; he will always allow me to fully and clearly explain in detail the current status of my medical situation. Dr. Pappas takes the time to have both medical and personal discussions. He is very thorough and makes sure that you clearly understand what he is discussing with you and what it means to your present and future health. Dr. Pappas provides the high level of patient care that I expect and deserve from my medical professionals. During my visits with Dr. Pappas, his attention is 100% focused on caring for me. He is an excellent Physician.
