I was exceptionally impressed with Dr. Langenstorer during the consultation. He was well prepared to discuss the options for my condition, providing clear pros and cons for each. He listened patiently to my questions and made sure he addressed my concerns. I know he is busy but I did not feel rushed or just another patient. He showed great empathy, which I appreciated.
